Where we ship

JORBEL ships from Canada. Orders are priced and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Free shipping over $150

Standard shipping is free on every order over $150 CAD. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Shipping on denim

Shipping costs us the same whether you order one pair of jeans or three, so we pass that on: add up to 3 pairs of jeans to your order for the same shipping cost — they ship together at a single rate. A full three-pair pack also clears the $150 free shipping threshold.

Order processing

Orders are picked and packed within [X business days]. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Tracking your order

Tracking arrives by email once your parcel leaves our facility. You can also view order status any time from your account.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
