Free first size exchange
Free first size exchange on your first purchase. If your jeans don't fit, we'll exchange them at no charge. Just email us the size you need — we cover the swap.
Our promise
Denim is a fit-sensitive purchase. If your JORBEL jeans do not fit the way you hoped, we want to make it right.
Return window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. This page should always match our official Refund policy.
Condition of returned items
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Please try jeans on over clothing where possible to keep them in resalable condition.
- Items showing wear, alteration or hemming cannot be accepted.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email jorbeljeans@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
- We will reply with instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back, keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.
Exchanges
Need a different waist or inseam? Tell us the size you want when you email us and we will reserve it while your return is in transit, subject to availability.
Your first size exchange on your first purchase is free. Further exchanges follow the standard return process below.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the refund to your statement.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping for your free first size exchange is covered by us. For any other return, email jorbeljeans@gmail.com and we will confirm the return shipping arrangement for your order before you send anything back.
