How to measure
Waist (flat)
Measure across the waistband from edge to edge.
Seat (hip)
Measure across the widest part of the hips.
Thigh (1 in below crotch)
Measure across the leg one inch below the crotch seam.
Length (outseam)
Measure from the top of the waistband down to the bottom hem.
Leg opening (flat)
Measure across the bottom of the leg from edge to edge.

Email us at jorbeljeans@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will reserve the replacement while your return is on its way.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Otherwise, return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
